After a fourth round of public hearings last week, there's light at the end of the tunnel! The Village at Providence Point's project team finished its formal presentations Thursday, Feb. 3, highlighting various aspects of land use and the property's history. The City of Annapolis's Planning Commission will keep public comment open until the next virtual meeting on Thursday, Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. This will also allow time for the Commission to further digest the application before it goes to a vote. If you are interested in showing your support for the project, please submit written comments to the Planning Commission here.
We continue to set our sights on the finish line and look forward to sharing what unfolds in the weeks ahead. We believe deeply in the good this project can do, and the benefits it will bring to older adults and the Annapolis community. As we remain steadfast in our commitment to make Providence Point a reality, we appreciate your continued support and encouragement on this journey. As always, if you have any questions about the process, please reach out to Sales Director Chill Hotchkiss or Sales Counselor Lisa Wells.
